An easy green smoothie recipe that everyone will enjoy.

Serves: 1
  • 1 cup of pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1½ cups of water
  • 1 cup of kale
  • A very thin slice of ginger
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds for additional protein and nutrients.
  1. Just blend everything together and enjoy.
You can substitute the water for unsweetened almond milk or for coconut water.
You can substitute the kale for romaine or any other type of lettuce.
